With a substantial pipeline of upcoming work in the mining and utility sectors, we’re looking for experienced Senior Electrical Engineers (4+ years) to join our core professional group.

The Role
You’ll be a key contributor to our design capability, taking ownership of complex projects from the initial planning stages through to final delivery and on-site commissioning.

What You’ll Bring
You are a proactive engineer who thrives in a consulting environment. Your toolkit likely includes:

• Technical Expertise: Experience in the design of E&I systems for mining or minerals processing, including MCC, Switchboards, Switchroom design and schematics.  Experience with major equipment assessment, selection and procurement.  
• Project Leadership:  A proven track record and the ability to manage junior engineers, designers, budgets, timelines and project deliverables.  
• The "BEC" Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to head to remote sites for commissioning when the project needs you.

Key Requirements

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognised by Engineers Australia).
• Strong commercial awareness and top-tier communication skills.
• Full Australian work rights and availability for an in-person interview in Perth.
