About the Role
RSGx is looking for an experienced and energetic Resourcing/Recruitment Administrator to support the face paced WA operations here in Perth. Reporting to a Senior Recruitment Advisor, your primary purpose will be to support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by managing documentation, scheduling, communication, and system updates to enable timely and effective workforce resourcing.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including job posting, application management, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records and requisition information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment documentation such as employment contracts, onboarding packs, reference checks, and compliance paperwork.
• Support pre-employment screening processes, including right-to-work checks, medicals, background checks, and qualifications verification.
• Assist with workforce onboarding logistics (IT access, inductions, training bookings, equipment requests).
• Provide timely support to hiring managers and recruiters to ensure recruitment activity progresses smoothly.

• Comfortable using ATS and Microsoft Office tools.
