The Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and motivated Trades Assistants to join our construction teams on major energy transition projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Australia's energy transformation while supporting critical infrastructure works across substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs. These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.

Roster & Location

• FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara
• 2:1 roster
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to trades and electricians across site activities
• Assist with materials handling, equipment set-up, and general site duties
• Carry out basic labouring tasks such as spotting, manual handling, and housekeeping
• Ensure work areas remain safe and hazard-free at all times
• Follow all site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications & Experience

• High Risk Work Licence
• EWP Ticket
• Working at heights
• C6 Ticket (Desirable)
• Telehander Ticket (Desirable)
• Excavator Ticket (Desirable)
• Basic Rigging (Desirable)
• Skid steer (Desirable)
• White Card
