With continued growth, RSGx is seeking Project Managers with a background in electrical construction and/or delivery, ideally with experience in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, or high‑voltage projects, though broader infrastructure delivery will also be highly regarded, where you'll be responsible for project delivery, ensuring safe, timely, and commercially successful outcomes.
This includes management of project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, and reporting.
As the Project Manager, you'll also lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, interface with clients, and ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and QHSE requirements.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring extensive project management experience on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects (ideally infrastructure, rail, tunnel, or HV projects) and have a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure, construction processes, and commissioning requirements working on projects between $10M - $40M in value.
You'll also demonstrate a high-level of communication and stakeholder management skills though your client facing experience, and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities safely and effectively.
