The Position
As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our Western Region operations with the appointment of a PMO lead (Project Management Office). This role will primarily provide regional leadership across project governance, compliance, performance reporting, and operational support.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Govern regional PMO processes and reporting frameworks
• Oversee performance, risk, cost, and schedule reporting.
• Facilitate major proposal reviews and bid compliance.
• Mentor and develop PMO Engineers and site teams.
• Support mobilisation, hypercare, and project readiness.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and system compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and close-out processes.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction
• Ideally operational experience overseeing projects, however past project management and delivery experience is essential
• Strong commercial and project delivery acumen
• Good communication skills and team leadership capabilities
