The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Riggers to join our construction teams delivering major energy transition projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Australia's energy transformation by supporting large-scale infrastructure works across substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs. These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.

Roster & Location

• FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara
• 2:1 roster
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging operations safely and in line with project and site requirements
• Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning of plant, equipment, and materials
• Work with cranes and lifting equipment to complete construction activities
• Carry out inspections, pre-starts, and ensure all rigging gear is safe and compliant
• Support supervisors, trades, and other site personnel to meet project schedules
• Maintain strong safety focus at all times and follow fatigue management procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• OHS Construction Card (White Card)
• High Risk Work Licence - Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Rigging (as applicable)
• Current Driver's Licence
• Working at Heights certification
• LVR/CPR & First Aid (preferred)
• Previous rigging experience on major construction or resources projects
• FIFO experience (advantageous)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Two contactable work-related references
