This role plays a vital part in supporting site operations by managing administration, reporting, and compliance tasks that keep projects running smoothly.

• FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara, WA
• 2:1 roster
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide administrative support to site management, supervisors, and project teams.
• Manage timesheets, rosters, and site documentation in line with company procedures.
• Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation processes for site personnel.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and inductions for incoming workers.
• Maintain accurate records of training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence as required.
• Ensure efficient communication between site and head office teams.

About You 

• Previous experience in a site administration or FIFO administration role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction White Card (preferred).
• Current Driver's Licence.
