RSGx is expanding, and we’re looking for a Project Accountant who’s ready to help shape the way we manage financial performance across our projects and business.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in improving our financial systems, processes and project reporting as we continue to scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with operational teams to support project forecasting, performance tracking and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and maintain project forecasts, estimates and profitability reports
• Support month-end processes, financial accounting and job cost completion
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for assigned projects
• Review and monitor cash flow across multiple projects
• Assist in the development and implementation of improved financial systems and processes
• Provide insights on cost vs earned value, trends, risks and opportunities
• Partner with Project Managers to support strong commercial outcomes

About You

• Project Accounting experience is essential (industry background flexible)
• Strong understanding of project cost control, AR/AP and general financial accounting
• Naturally curious with the initiative to dig into the numbers and ask the right questions
• Confident communicator who can work across operations, finance and project delivery
• Enjoys working in a growing, evolving business where you can influence improvements
