Resource Services Group X is a leading provider of innovative, integrated ME&I solutions in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Infrastructure industries in Australia and abroad.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our small and friendly team in Perth.

• Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process bank reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of credit card statements, employees' expenses, and inter-company account transactions.
• Assist with AP activities month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with all reporting timelines.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or required missing invoices.
• Ad hoc tasks required by the Financial Controller.

  

• Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (preferred).
• Knowledge of AP invoices in foreign currencies and reconciliation of Inter-company transactions.
• Ability to review and implement continuous improvement ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Xero, Approval Max and Procore (preferred).
• Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
