RSGx is hiring a Business Analyst to support the uplift of software and systems across our engineering and construction business. Based in our vibrant WeWork office in KL Eco City, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Australia to map, analyse and improve current processes and system connections.

Your Role:
You’ll capture, Analyse, and document existing business processes, workflows, and system integrations—both digital and manual. Your insights will help guide system design, data flow, and future tech improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and document business processes and system workflows across functions
• Analyse how systems interact, including manual data flow and integrations
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to support our broader IT uplift program
• Develop process maps, diagrams, and functional documentation
• Assist with requirements gathering, change management and training prep
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams (Azure environment)
• (Bonus) Support automation, scripting or data extraction tasks

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in systems/process improvement
• Strong process mapping/documentation skills (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Experience working with construction ERP systems (Jobpac, Procore, CHEOPS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office Suite
• (Bonus) Power BI, Power Apps, Python or PowerShell experience

Qualifications (preferred but not essential):

• Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering or similar
• CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Experience with construction finance workflows is a plus

You’ll report to the Business Systems and Data Migration Manager as part of the Business Systems team under the Finance function.
