RSGx is expanding! We're looking for an experienced Engineering and Design Manager with an Electrical background to lead our KL-based engineering team in supporting high-impact infrastructure projects across Australia.

Based in our modern WeWork office in KL Eco City, you’ll manage a skilled team of engineers who deliver design, documentation, and technical support for transmission and distribution projects. You’ll be the key link between our Malaysian engineering function and Australian project teams—ensuring seamless collaboration, high-quality outputs, and timely delivery.

• Lead and mentor a growing team of Electrical Engineers and Designers.

• Coordinate project deliverables to meet client expectations and Australian standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, delivery, and project management.

• Manage workflows, resource allocation, and team performance.

• Drive a culture of quality, innovation, and accountability.

• Electrical Engineering degree (preferable) with at least 15 years’ experience (including 2+ in a leadership role).

• Strong background in infrastructure, power systems, or transmission projects.

• Experience managing teams delivering for international clients (preferably Australia).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient with engineering software tools and quality assurance systems.

• Work on industry-leading Australian energy infrastructure projects.
