As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive Procore Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur team and support our Australian operations.

About the Role
Based at our vibrant WeWork office in KL Eco City, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys working with digital tools, and wants to grow their career in a construction technology environment. While Procore experience is not essential, an eye for detail and strong system support skills are key.
You'll work closely with operations, commercial, and IT teams to ensure project setup and system workflows run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new Procore projects using internal templates and checklists
• Assign user roles and manage access permissions
• Upload budget templates and coordinate monthly billing periods
• Maintain and apply approval workflows in line with Delegation of Authority
• Provide daily user support and troubleshoot access, invoice, and workflow issues
• Coordinate onboarding of new users with internal stakeholders
• Deliver user training and create supporting materials
• Customise the Procore environment, including field and integration settings
• Assist with troubleshooting Smoothlink integrations in collaboration with the Business Analyst

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
• 1–3 years’ experience in system support, construction admin or project coordination
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable with Excel, document control, and form-based templates
• Familiarity with project team structures (e.g., Project Manager, Site, Commercial)
• English fluency – both spoken and written
• Advantageous: Experience with Procore, ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365), or construction tech platforms
