Your Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Assistant to join our team in Burswood, Perth, supporting electrical, instrumentation, and engineering projects across Western Australia.

In this role, you will assist the Procurement Manager by managing day-to-day procurement activities including processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, coordinating supplier communications, and supporting tender and contract administration. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and databases
• Supporting supplier engagement and communication
• Assisting with tender documentation and contract administration
• Coordinating with project teams to track procurement schedules and delivery status
• Helping ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

About You
You are detail-focused with good organisational and communication skills, keen to build your procurement experience within an engineering or construction environment.

• Previous experience in procurement support, administration, or supply chain roles preferred
• Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology
• Experience using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Procore, ApprovalMax, Xero, PowerBi) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Relevant qualifications or studies in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain are a plus
