Are you a motivated Marketing Assistant with a flair for online marketing and content creation?

At RSGx, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic marketing initiatives across high-impact infrastructure and engineering projects while developing your skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rydalmere, Sydney, working alongside the Marketing Manager and wider business to deliver engaging campaigns, polished presentation materials, and digital communications that support brand visibility and business development goals.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of marketing content, maintain digital platforms, and assist in the creation of high-quality collateral including presentation decks, templates, and capability statements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of online marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, the company website, and email campaigns
• Preparing marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, presentations, and capability statements
• Designing and maintaining branded templates for reports, presentations, and proposals
• Assisting in content development and scheduling for social media and website updates
• Coordinating marketing activity timelines and ensuring brand consistency across all materials
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics and contributing to post-campaign reporting

About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with strong digital skills and a creative eye. You’re confident preparing content and materials that communicate effectively with both technical and commercial audiences, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role (or internship experience)
• Strong skills in digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website CMS (e.g. WordPress)
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), or similar
• Ability to prepare professional presentation templates and marketing materials to a high standard
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
