We are seeking a seasoned Assets & Logistics Manager to lead the planning, tracking, maintenance, and mobilisation of equipment and fleet across our Western Australian operations. Located in Burswood, this role will oversee all asset functions, support multiple project sites, and manage internal and external logistics in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight of asset lifecycle and utilisation
• Coordination of fleet and equipment movements
• Managing procurement, warehousing, and logistics for WA projects
• Developing and implementing systems for asset visibility and maintenance compliance
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers

About You:

• 10+ years in asset or logistics management across industrial, resources or infrastructure sectors
• Proven leadership capability in a multi-site/project environment
• High-level stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
• Previous experience in major project mobilisation and equipment fleet oversight
