About the Role
Due to continued growth, we have a great opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in WA.

This is a FIFO (2:1) role from Australian capital cities.

• Energy Transition Project
• 2:1 roster, 12-hours per day
• Flights/Camp Accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead an electrical team monitoring safety and quality.
• Lead and participate in audits, site inspections and crew interactions with electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor competency and training requirements of Project crew.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedule by reporting project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
• Identify change controls and project risks.
• Assist in maintaining  calibrated tools, equipment and project materials.

About You

• Electrical background.
• S26 Supervisor Certificate.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret project delivery and project schedule (P6).
• Assist with lookaheads and forecasts including identified risks.
• Experience with daily reporting, identifying issues & monitoring performance.
• A good understanding of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
