Our Projects:
We are recruiting HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors to join our growing operations teams across Australia. These are permanent roles working on a 2/1 FIFO roster from most major Australian cities.
  
Reporting to the Project Manager, our HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors are responsible for supporting project teams to successfully implement the HSE management system and programs to achieve a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment. Essentially, we are seeking safety individuals who will actively coach workers to promote a positive culture on site.
  
About you

• Demonstrated experience working for a Civil Contractor in either a DIDO or FIFO capacity
• Experience working on Civil infrastructure projects with Earthworks and FRP. 
• Formal OSH Qualifications such as Cert IV or Diploma is preferred
• Cert 4 in Training and Assessment - Preferred
• Self-starter with ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels
