ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting Supervisors with a background in FRP or Earthworks to work on a 2/1 FIFO roster who have a genuine interest to positively influence construction crews and promote a memorable culture, to join major FRP and Earthworks Infrastructure projects. 

Your overall responsibility is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce including direct labour execute construction works safely, efficiently, and effectively.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level managing a self-perform crew with a Civil contractor - Must
• Earthworks (Bulk and Detailed) and/or FRP experience - Must
• Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
• Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
