We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Accounting and Financial Planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering holistic advice and long-term value to HNW/UHNW clients. The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Financial Planner who has recently completed their Professional Year and is looking to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in investments, strategic advice, and technical knowledge, who wants to grow in a supportive and established firm with strong referral networks. You will work closely with one of the Directors of the firm and will sit in client meetings, helping to provide advice to ensure a seamless transition of these clients into your name.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial advice to a diverse client base, with a strong focus on investments, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Work closely with accountants and senior advisers to provide integrated strategic solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored financial strategies to meet client objectives.
• Prepare and present Statements of Advice (SOAs) with accuracy and professionalism.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, technical excellence, and exceptional service.
• Stay up to date with legislative, compliance, and market changes impacting clients’ financial strategies.

About You

• Recently completed your Professional Year and hold relevant qualifications (degree and FASEA-approved).
• Strong knowledge of investments and wealth-building strategies.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to craft tailored, strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to explain complex strategies clearly.
• Client-centric, with a genuine desire to build long-term relationships.
• Team player with the drive to contribute to a collaborative, professional environment.
