Are you a hands-on Google Ads Specialist? We’re looking for someone who lives inside campaigns and owns performance daily.
Join a busy performance marketing team on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
This role involves managing and optimising live Google Ads for well known Australian brands across Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube.
You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, performance optimisation and delivery of measurable outcomes across multiple client accounts.
This includes monitoring spend and pacing, improving CPA and ROAS, running A/B tests, and continuously optimising campaigns based on performance data.
You will also handle keyword research, audience segmentation, ad testing and reporting using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio and Google Sheets, with a strong focus on turning data into clear, actionable insights.
This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and confidence working directly inside Google Ads. You should be comfortable managing multiple live accounts and making performance decisions independently.
TO BE SUITED:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Google Ads within an agency or performance marketing environment is required.
- Proven experience managing multi-account, high spend campaigns.
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion optimisation is essential.
