You'll be joining the Customer Communications and Marketing team of an Australian utilities company during a significant transformation. Building something reusable, data-driven, and designed with real people in mind. The kind of work where getting it right actually improves someone's day.
This is an exclusive opportunity with one of Australia's largest energy suppliers, currently in the middle of a real shift. Shifting the technology and how they think about talking to customers. The team values craft and collaboration, and they're looking for someone who can hold their own across design, content, and technology conversations. It's a supportive environment with a strong culture of safety and care.
You'll be embedded in the Customer Communications team, working across the full lifecycle of customer communications, from wireframes and prototypes through to high-fidelity designs that go into production. You'll be translating regulatory and business requirements into something a real person can read and understand. That means working closely with content specialists, product owners, and technology teams, including hands-on collaboration with platforms like Quadient Inspire.
