About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in high-end signage, particularly for residential or mixed-use developments. This is a remote freelance role suited to someone who can balance creative design thinking with experience clear technical documentation.
The role is approximately 60% graphic design and creative work and 40% documentation and specification preparation.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for high-end signage systems for residential and mixed-use spaces
• Experience working with architectural or environmental graphics projects
• Participate in creative workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Produce and refine graphic layouts, signage visuals, and presentation materials
• Prepare and adapt documentation packages for approval and production
• Resize and format documentation to A3 layouts for AG submissions, ensuring all specifications are clear and complete
• Produce and interpret POVs and elevation drawings
• Work with signage specifications, including materials, finishes, and installation considerations
• Ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and design intent

Requirements

• Proven experience in signage design, preferably within high-end residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong graphic design skills and creative thinking
• Ability to translate design concepts into clear technical documentation
• Experience preparing design documentation, elevations, and POV drawings
• Good understanding of materials used in architectural signage
• High attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a design team

• Familiarity with design documentation standards for construction or fabrication
