Our client is one of the most established packaging and retail branding studios in Melbourne, producing beautiful and innovative packaging for their top tier consumer goods clients.

The studio's work is seen on shelves and in stores all over the world including the United States, Europe as well as APAC.

Due to the increase in work load, they are now looking to expand their team with another skilled Senior Project Manager.

Supporting the production team, you will be responsible for running FMCG, packaging and other marketing collateral through their busy studio.

Responsible to help plan, execute, and complete projects according to project processes, timelines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts with stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan.

Other core points of the role include:

• 5 plus years in Project or Account Management
• FMCG Experience Ideally packaging
• Managing Current contacts - open new projects
• Estimate projects and jobs - update and maintain WIP
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Distribute artwork for approval
• Schedule received edits and art amends
• Quality check artwork for accuracy and brand standards
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate project workflow and schedule with Studio
• Control project timelines and costs to ensure projects run to budget and time to remain profitable
• Provide regular WIP updates to the client
• Prepare projects for invoicing
