About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Support Officer to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Customs team.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of customs documentation.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the clearance and movement of freight in accordance with Customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with general operational and customer service tasks as required

What You Bring:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
