About the role:

As an HR Advisor, you will provide trusted advice and practical support to managers and employees across a range of HR functions, including:

• Employee relations and performance management
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Policy interpretation and compliance
• Learning and development support
• Health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
• HR reporting and administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Assisting managers with performance management and development plans
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting learning and development initiatives
• Advising on absence management, leave, and wellbeing matters
• Assisting with organisational change and restructuring processes
• Ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Preparing HR reports, data analysis, and workforce information
• Supporting health and safety and workplace culture initiatives
• Building positive working relationships across the organisation

• Fulltime, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm in Auckland

What you Bring:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisory role
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A solutions-focused and confidential approach
