About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Claims Prevention & Quality Manager to lead and elevate freight quality and claims prevention across our Transport and Warehousing operations.
In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for minimising freight damage and loss while protecting the organisation’s financial and reputational integrity. You’ll drive a proactive quality culture, lead investigations, manage customer claims, and implement systems and processes that deliver operational excellence.
This is a highly visible position that partners closely with leadership teams across the business and requires regular travel to sites.
