About the role:
Unload Supervisor to oversee and coordinate unloading operations within a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment. They will ensure goods are unloaded safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and productivity targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the unloading team to meet daily operational targets
- Ensure all goods are unloaded accurately and safely
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy
- Perform daily “no load” tasks
- Monitor productivity and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Allocate tasks and manage staff performance on shift
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
- Report damages, discrepancies, and operational issues promptly
What We Offer: - Part Time Position with the hours worked between 2:00am to 10:00am based in Tauranga.

What You Bring: - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of unloading procedures and manual handling practices
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting where required
