About the role:
As the Logistics Operator you’ll be part of a tight knit team responsible for efficiently and effectively completing all aspects of warehouse duties including but not limited to the following activities:
- Picking and packing
- RF Scanning
- Container Devanning
- Stock takes and inventory control
- Operating the warehouse management system
- Administration
Key Responsibilities: - Carrying out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
- Wearing the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
- Performing all functions in a safe manner
- Processing outwards orders on a same day basis
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in all tasks
- Operating computer and scanning hardware and software consistently in accordance with rules and procedures.
- Ensuring a high level of security is adhered to
- Operating all material handling equipment and equipment as per operating procedures
What We Offer: - Full-Time Logistic Operator role in Christchurch, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 and 5:30pm

What you Bring: - Forklift operation (experience with Clamp, Stock Picker and Reach preferred but not essential as training provided)
- Prior warehouse operations experience and good attention to detail
- Skilled in pick, pack and able to use a RF Scanner
- Comfortable with physical work - able to lift a minimum of 25kg
- Safety focused for yourself and the team
- Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and good communicator
- Team player who can also work independently
