Calling all Maryland barred attorneys! R & W Group has a great new substantive project for a mid-sized law firm. They need a litigator to assist on a case for 2 - 3 months. This project is litigation support for a matter pending in the Circuit Court of Prince George's County, Maryland.
You MUST be actively barred in Maryland. On this project, you will be drafting discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions) and assist with motions practice, including motions to quash subpoenas. You would also prepare objections to discovery from opposing counsel.
The case is expected to last about 2-3 months. You CAN work remotely but you MUST be Maryland barred. Great team of attorneys. Pay rate from $40 - 50/hour, depending upon experience. Apply online or register with us at www.r-wgroup.com.
