Do you enjoy diversity & inclusion work?   Do you have law firm experience?    Would you like to work with one of the top law firms in the country?   If so, R & W Group has a great new temporary opportunity!    One of our favorite law firm clients is looking for temporary assistance in their Diversity & Inclusion department.  You must be a professional at an exempt level (specialist or manager) to assist with planning a summit/forum in Washington, DC.  In this role you would work with the firm’s Special Events team and partner with the partners and affinity groups.   You would determine panels, panel questions, topics, breakout rooms, etc. with guidance/approval from the Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, and others in the D&I department.  You would also coordinate travel using the firm’s travel department.
 
You must have the following qualifications:
 

• Law firm experience.
• HR, Talent Management, and or Professional Development background.
• Event management experience.
• Strong writing skills.
• Proficiency using Smartsheet.
• Cvent and graphic design experience is a plus.

 
The assignment duration is 3-6 months. This position will work 8 hours per day with a flexible schedule (hours can start early or late in the day).  This is a hybrid role.
