About the Role: This opportunity will suit a Commercial Property Manager who enjoys the variety of managing a predominantly retail portfolio and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, balancing tenant communication, property maintenance and lease requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships, providing clear communication and regular updates
Overseeing lease administration, critical dates, rent reviews and lease renewals
Monitoring rental payments and following up arrears
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor attendance
Conducting property inspections and following up required actions
Managing outgoings and assisting with budgets and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate property records and preparing landlord reports
About You: You bring commercial property management experience, a practical approach and the ability to stay organised across competing priorities. Retail property experience will be highly regarded. You will also demonstrate:
A sound understanding of commercial leases and property management processes
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation and critical dates
The ability to handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues professionally
A proactive approach to maintenance and day-to-day portfolio management
Confidence using property management systems and Microsoft Office
