Are you an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing professional looking to join a highly regarded and well-established property business?

Spire Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional to join a successful team located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional outcomes across commercial sales and leasing.

You will work with an established client base while also being supported to grow your own network, listings and market presence.

The role:
In this varied Commercial Sales & Leasing position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing commercial sales and leasing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement or lease execution
• Developing strong relationships with landlords, vendors, purchasers, tenants and local business owners
• Prospecting for new sales and leasing opportunities across the local commercial market
• Conducting appraisals and preparing professional sales and leasing proposals
• Coordinating property marketing campaigns, inspections and open-for-inspections
• Negotiating commercial lease terms, sales contracts and transaction outcomes
• Working closely with internal property management and administration teams
• Maintaining accurate records, pipeline activity and client communication through the CRM
• Building your personal profile and contributing to the continued growth of the commercial division

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate, with a full real estate licence highly regarded
• A demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships and win new business
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with a broad range of commercial clients
• Sound knowledge of the Melbourne commercial property market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
