Assistant Residential Property Manager
Melbourne’s Inner North-East

Looking to build a long-term career in residential property management with a supportive, well-established team? This is an excellent opportunity for a Leasing Consultant, Receptionist or Real Estate Administrator ready to take the next step.

Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported to develop your confidence, knowledge and career.

The role:
You will assist with the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, including:

• Supporting the Property Manager with tenant and landlord communication
• Coordinating routine, entry and exit inspections
• Preparing lease renewals, tenancy documents and rental applications
• Assisting with maintenance requests, quotes and trades coordination
• Managing arrears follow-up and general portfolio administration
• Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintaining accurate records, files and database notes
• Assisting with open-for-inspections and leasing support as required

This is a varied, busy role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a professional team with strong systems, established procedures and genuine support.

About you:
You may currently be working as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, Receptionist or Real Estate Administrator and are ready to develop further in property management.

You will bring:

• Previous real estate, property management or administration experience ideal
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and real estate software
• A proactive, reliable nature and willingness to learn
• Current Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
