Commercial Inspection Manager

Do you enjoy being out on the road, building relationships and taking real ownership of your work rather than being stuck behind a desk all day? This role offers a well-structured portfolio, a genuinely supportive team, and the training and handover you need to set yourself up for long-term success.

The role:
You will be responsible for conducting inspections across a substantial portfolio of approximately 1,400 tenancies, working closely alongside one other Inspection Manager and supporting a broader team of 15 Property Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections across the portfolio
• Managing your day-to-day schedule to ensure inspections are completed efficiently and on time
• Liaising professionally with tenants and property managers to coordinate access and outcomes
• Reporting inspection findings accurately and in a timely manner
• Supporting the wider Property Management team with day-to-day portfolio needs
• Working 5 days a week on the road to start, with a company car, computer and phone provided

A full handover and training will be provided by the current Inspection Manager before their departure, so you'll be well supported from day one.

About you:
You are a self-starter who is motivated, organised and a quick learner, with a genuine customer-service mindset and strong communication skills. You enjoy being part of a team and take pride in doing your job well, whether or not you come from a commercial property background.

You will bring:

• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• A team-player mentality, comfortable working across a larger Property Management team
• Commercial property experience highly regarded but not essential
• A current driver's licence

• Salary of $75,000–$85,000 (inc. super), dependent on experience
