Business & Campaign Manager – Inner Bayside Melbourne

Are you the organised, upbeat powerhouse who keeps a high‑performing sales team running like clockwork? This is a pivotal support role in a leading residential agency, combining business management, campaign coordination and client care in one fast‑paced, rewarding position.

You’ll be the go‑to person for the sales team – managing correspondence, systems, campaigns and calendars so they can focus on listing and selling.

The role:
You will support a busy sales office in inner bayside Melbourne, with responsibilities including:

• Managing all correspondence, calls and enquiries, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders
• Maintaining up‑to‑date listing folders, calendars and schedules
• Entering new contacts into the database and tracking activity regularly
• Monitoring team performance, workloads and key deadlines
• Preparing team meetings, agendas and organising team events and end‑of‑year functions
• Managing calendars for inspections, auctions and campaign meetings
• Supporting senior sales agents with personal tasks and out‑of‑office duties as required

On the campaign side, you will:

• Coordinate submissions, pre‑lists, progress reports and letters
• Prepare “property information” and marketing sheets for inspections
• Liaise with solicitors to ensure contracts are received on time for auctions
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers, including screening calls
• Prepare OFI packs, new listing files and quality‑check all sales files
• Coordinate EDMs, letterbox drops and mail‑outs
• Manage databases, testimonials and compliance with required legislation

About you:
You are an experienced sales administrator, campaign coordinator or office manager from a real estate or professional services background who loves being the organiser behind the scenes.

You will bring:

• First‑class attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional people skills and customer service focus
• Strong computer skills, ideally with experience in Microsoft Office and real estate systems
• Confident written communication, typing and proofing skills
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and calmness under pressure
• Sense of fun, team spirit and willingness to learn
• Current driver’s licence for occasional off‑site duties

Passion for property and experience in real estate processes will be highly regarded.
