Property Manager | Supportive, Stable Team | Inner West

Are you a Property Manager looking for a role where you can focus on managing your portfolio, feel genuinely supported, and be part of a team that enjoys working together?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate office in Melbourne’s Inner West. You will take over a portfolio of approximately 135 properties, with flexibility to reduce this to around 70 properties where needed to ensure you are set up for success.
You will be joining a genuinely stable and welcoming team, with several long-standing team members who have been with the business for between six and nine years. Strong training, support and systems are all in place.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio of up to 135 properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring matters are followed through promptly
• Managing arrears, lease renewals, routine inspections and property condition reports
• Responding professionally to landlord and tenant enquiries
• Maintaining accurate notes, records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with an experienced, supportive Property Management team

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio or a leasing consultant ready for that next step
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and Victorian driver’s licence
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving
• Confidence using property-management systems. Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and IRE is highly regarded
