Property Manager | Junior–Mid Level | South East

The Opportunity:
This is a junior–mid level Property Manager role ideal for someone who already knows the fundamentals of residential property management and is ready to take more ownership. Working from the Wheelers Hill office, you’ll manage day-to-day tasks across a well-established portfolio while being supported by an experienced team and clear processes.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (with training and support where needed)
• Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries and providing friendly, timely service
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with trades
• Preparing and signing leases, lease renewals and associated documentation
• Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports
• Managing rent arrears and following processes to resolution
• Assisting with advertising, opens and application processing where required

About You:
You may see yourself as “junior” or early-career, but you know what you’re doing when it comes to property management and want a role where you can consolidate and grow. You enjoy helping people, working in a close-knit team and having clear structure to support you.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in residential property management (portfolio, assistant or associate level)
• Strong understanding of key PM processes – leases, maintenance, inspections and arrears
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner with clients
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or equivalent) and driver’s licence
