About you:
We are looking for a fully licensed property manager with a wealth of experience to step into this exciting role. This position you will take complete ownership of. Are you someone that is capped in your salary level where you are and wanting that next step? Then this is the role for you.
You will manage a rent role circa 220 properties, while overseeing your support team of 3. 2 in the office and 1 virtual assistant. You will bring valuable hands on experience to the team, with ideas on how to grow the business while leading the team.
Ideally you will have experience in Build to Rent, if not, training can be provided. Your ideas and opinion matter here, working with a very successful Director.
