About the role:
This is such a great opportunity for an Owners Corporation administrator or assistant ready to step up.  You will have a small portfolio to start and be provided excellent support right the way through.  Your portfolio will grow only as you are progressing!  Your daily tasks will include

• Coordinating Committee Meetings
• Processing Owners Corporation Certificates
• Liaising with Clients
• Management and follow up of contractors and their quotes
• Drafting up letters
• Issue of work orders

About you:
Your previous industry and administrative experience coupled with your strong interpersonal skills and work ethic will ensure success in this dynamic role. This is a rare opportunity to work within a well known Owners Corporation team, to learn and develop into the role and advance your career within Owners Corporation.
