Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned residential property portfolio (about 160 properties), handling day-to-day communication with landlords and tenants, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, inspections, and arrears management.​
• Advertise and lease vacant properties, conduct tenant inspections, complete entry and exit reports, and ensure rental compliance.
• Use cloud-based property management software (Property Me, Inspection Express and IRE) to streamline all property processes.​
• Coordinate and approve maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and keep property owners informed about significant issues.​
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience managing property portfolios, ideally with Property Me/IRE/Inspection Express (or similar platforms).
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence.

Salary range $85,000 - $90,000 + Super dependent on your experience
