We’re partnering with a successful and community-driven real estate agency in the Geelong area that’s looking for a Field Officer to join their growing Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate while working alongside a fun, supportive and high-performing team.

About the Role:
As a Field Officer, you’ll be a vital part of the day-to-day operations, assisting the Property Management team with out-of-office inspections and appointments. Your day will be varied and fast-paced — including routine inspections, condition reports, vacating inspections, open homes, valuations, and other property-related tasks.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable industry experience, develop their skills, and play an integral role in supporting a leading local team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong time management, organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Certificate IV in Real Estate (essential)
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and National Police Check
