What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing sales consultants
• Lead by example in client service and campaign excellence
• Foster sales growth, property management referrals, and strong team compliance
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and performance reviews to unlock your team’s potential
• Champion a supportive, united team culture and connect with the local community

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in real estate or high-performing sales
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and KPI-driven mindset
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Commitment to learning, transparency, and ongoing improvement
• Full-time availability and willingness to support Saturday operations
