What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing sales consultants
• Set the standard for client service, lead by example during campaigns and interactions
• Foster growth in sales volume, property management referrals, and team compliance
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and quarterly performance reviews to unlock each consultant’s potential
• Build a supportive, united team culture and actively improve the local community

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in real estate or high-performing sales teams
• Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and driving team KPIs
• Excellent communicator with a positive, motivating approach
• Commitment to learning, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Full-time availability, including essential Saturday support

The Rewards:
