About the Role:
Supporting two experienced Commercial Property Managers, you’ll assist in the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. Your role will include:

• Assisting with maintenance requests and work orders
• Preparing lease documentation and file compliance tasks
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Handling rent collection, arrears, and database updates
• Providing admin and operational support to the property management team

About You:
You’re switched-on, reliable, and eager to learn from a great team. You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in real estate (commercial or residential)
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
