The Role:

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and lease administration for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.​
• Build strong relationships with business owners and tenants, negotiating leases and ensuring high client retention.​
• Oversee compliance, coordinate property inspections, and implement strategies to optimise asset performance.​
• Work Monday to Friday—no weekends required.​

About You:

• Experienced in commercial property management with strong attention to detail and a client solutions mindset.​
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients and stakeholders.​
• Solid understanding of property management software, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance.​
• Self-driven, organised, and passionate about commercial real estate.​

Salary $80,000 - $110,000 + Super plus incentives
