About the Role:
You’ll manage a mix of sales and leasing transactions across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Day to day, you’ll be:

• Prospecting and building relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting property inspections, negotiations, and market appraisals
• Managing exclusive listings, campaigns, and delivering results for clients
• Working closely with the team to achieve individual and collective targets

About You:
You’re an experienced operator who thrives on building relationships and securing deals. You’ll bring:

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or full licence
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial property sales/leasing
• Strong negotiation skills and a team-focused mindset
• A proactive, business-development-driven approach
