• Commercial Property Manager Assistant required
• Inner Suburb of Melbourne
• Salary $70,000 to $80,000 + Super dependent on your experience

About the Company:
Our client is a long standing and well respected Commercial agency located in the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne. This is a company who care about their team and remunerate for a job well done.  

Duties Include:

• Database management 
• Client liaison and communication as directed
• Assisting with maintenance
• Arrears reporting
• Insurance reporting
• Essential services 
• Assisting with market reviews
• Lease option and expiry Reporting
• Conducting inspections as required and preparing inspection reports
• Fielding phone calls and general administration e.g. preparing letters, emails and reports
• Assisting with Budgeting, Reconciliations and Estimate of outgoing reports
• Other duties as required

About You:

• Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate (a minimum of 6 months of commercial experience or 3 years of residential preferred)
• Agents Representative Certificate 
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the business 
• Team player - cooperates and works well with others to pursue team goals
• Flexibility and responsiveness - the ability to easily adapt to different priorities and tackle a variety of tasks as requested
