ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently recruiting for a team player with a strong work ethic who is  energetic, self-motivated and highly driven to succeed within real estate sales! Full training will be provided here.  This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a very successful team.

Your role:

• Assisting a sales team to ensure their days are set up for success
• Database and client management
• Assistance in preparing properties for sale including organising & attending photo shoots, writing advertising copy and co-ordinating marketing with an in-house team
• Help with buyer inspections and callbacks
• Assisting in post-sale activities including attending building & pest inspections, valuations & pre-settlement inspections

Essential requirements for this position include:

• Some experience as a real estate personal assistant would be advantageous but not essential
• Current Victorian Agents Rep/Certificate 4 in Real Estate
• Reliable car and license
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
• Exceptional writing and administration skills as well as high attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to organize a busy agent
• Polished, professional presentation
