ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and focused Sales PA with a strong work ethic.  You will be someone who is energetic, and highly driven to succeed within real estate sales!    This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a very successful sales agent, known for his care, understanding and true commitment to providing exceptional customer service to his clients.

Your role:

· Assisting a very successful agent to ensure his day runs smoothly at all times
- Database management
· Assistance in preparing properties for sale including organising & attending photo shoots, writing advertising copy and co-ordinating marketing with an in-house team
· Help with buyer inspections and callbacks
· Assisting in post-sale activities including attending building & pest inspections, valuations & pre-settlement inspections.

Essential requirements for this position include:

· Current Victorian Agents Rep/Certificate 4 in Real Estate
· Reliable car and license
· Excellent computer proficiency
· Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
· Exceptional writing and administration skills as well as high attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills and ability to organize a busy agent
· Polished, professional presentation
- Strong drive to be a success in property sales

The duties for this role will include:

* Working alongside a top sales person
* Providing first class service standard and regular communication to our buyers and sellers 
* Preparation of all marketing and prospecting materials 
* Lead generation and prospecting
* Buyer follow up 
* Diary management 
* Attending building inspections, bank valuations & open homes 
* Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events 
* Prospecting – letter box drops including just appraised, just listed, invite to open home, invite to auction, just sold etc 
* Generate listing / appraisal appointments
