Our client is a highly respected property agency located near the CBD. With a strong reputation for their supportive and collaborative environment, they’re now seeking an experienced property management professional to step into a Team Leader position and help guide their growing team.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Property Manager ready to take the next step, or a current Team Leader looking for a fresh challenge in a well-structured office.
You’ll oversee a team of six property managers, providing regular guidance, KPI reviews, and one-on-one catch-ups, while also managing a small residential portfolio. You’ll receive excellent management support to help you settle into the role comfortably.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of six property managers
• Monitor performance and drive team engagement
• Manage a small, well-maintained portfolio
• Conduct monthly reviews and training sessions
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

What’s on offer:

• Competitive salary package ($90,000–$120,000 + super)
• Monday–Friday only – no weekends
• Supportive leadership and administrative team

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting others
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence
